STARS REVEAL SEASON-OPENING ROSTER

TEAM COMING OFF WESTERN CONFERENCE FINALS APPEARANCE IN 22-23

Head coach Rocky Russo has announced the Lincoln Stars' 2023-24 season-opening roster ahead of the first game of the season on Thursday afternoon.

This season's 25-man rosters consists of eight defenseman and two goaltenders. Twelve different players who appeared in at least one game for Lincoln in 2022-23 have made the season-opening roster. Ten of those players appeared in at least 10 games with the Stars. Jared Mangan is Lincoln's top returning point producer after recording 36 points (13+23) last season. Keaton Peters is their top returning goal scorer after lighting the lamp 16 times a year ago. Jack Larrigan (team-leading three shorthanded goals) and Lucas Massie (23-12-1, 2.89 GAA and 8.98 SV%) also highlight the Stars' returning group.

The Stars open up the regular season on Thursday afternoon at the 2023 DICK'S Sporting Goods USHL Fall Classic in Cranberry Township, Penn. Lincoln faces the Green Bay Gamblers at 2:30 p.m. EDT on Thursday before wrapping up the Fall Classic on Friday also at 2:30 p.m. EDT against the Chicago Steel.
