Q: When is the box office open?
A: The box office is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm unless its a game day. On game days the box office opens at noon.

Q: How do I get to the arena?
A: The Lincoln Stars play at the Ice Box located on Innovation Campus in Lincoln, NE

Q: How much does parking cost?
A: Parking is free for all fans with tickets to Lincoln Stars games. There might be conflicting events with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln events. If there is a conflicting event, the University has first priority.

Q: What size bag can I bring into the arena?
A: We have no clear bag policy in effect. Outside food and drinks are not permitted.

Q: Where is the Stars Fan Services desk located?
A: Fan Services is located at the south end of the building, near the front entrance.

Q: It’s my friend's birthday. Can it get announced?
A: Definitely! Head to Fan Services and submit your birthday announcement request. It must be submitted before the second period starts.

Q: What time do the doors open?
A: Doors open one hour prior to puck drop.

Q: What is the temperature inside the arena?
A: You can expect the temperature during hockey season to be a bit cooler than usual. After all, you're sitting around a huge sheet of ice!

Q: Is there a smoking area?
A: Yes, there is a designated smoking area on the west side of the building behind section C.

Q: Where can I watch/listen to the Stars if I cannot attend in person?
A: Our games can be watched on F loHockey, and you can listen on Mixlr.

Q: Are there children/Military/student discounts?
A: We have a college discount available all season long. We have other discounts for certain games. Keep your eye out on our social media to catch all our ticket deals.

Q: Are there spaces for handicap and places for families near them?
A: Yes, but we have very limited spaces. Call our ticket office at (402) 474-7827 for assistance.

Q: Can I get a refund on my tickets if I can no longer attend?
A: We have a no refund policy. No exceptions will be made. If you cannot attend, you may switch tickets to another game by calling the box office at (402) 474-7827.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE ICE BOX
Outside Food or Beverages
Cans, bottles, coolers, or other similar containers
Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
Laser pens or laser products
Projectiles (including Frisbees and beach balls)
Skateboard, Skates (roller or in-line), Scooters, Hoverboards
Sticks, Poles, Selfie Sticks, or GoPro Sticks
Illegal Weapons (knives, guns, explosives or any items that can be construed as an illegal weapon)
Concealed carry is not permitted due to UNL regulations
Illegal substances of any kind
Fireworks or any other incendiary device
Any other item deemed unacceptable by the Stars management
