Q: When is the box office open?
A: The Lincoln Stars Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. On home game days, the box office opens at noon.
Q: What time do doors open?
A: Doors open one hour before the scheduled puck drop unless otherwise announced.
Q: Are discounts available for children, military members or students?
A: College student discounts are available throughout the season. Additional ticket offers may be available for select games. Follow the Lincoln Stars on social media for the latest promotions and ticket deals.
Q: Can I receive a refund if I can no longer attend a game?
A: All ticket sales are final, and refunds are not available. Tickets may be exchanged for another eligible regular-season game by contacting the box office at (402) 474-7827. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

A:The Lincoln Stars play at the Ice Box on Nebraska Innovation Campus:

Q: How much does parking cost?
A: Parking is free for guests attending Lincoln Stars games. Because the Ice Box is located on Nebraska Innovation Campus, parking availability may be affected by other University of Nebraska–Lincoln events. University events receive priority when scheduling conflicts occur.

ARENA INFORMATION
Q: Where is Fan Services located?
A: Fan Services is located near the main entrance at the south end of the arena.
Q: Can I request a birthday announcement?
A: Yes! Visit Fan Services to submit a birthday announcement request. All requests must be received before the start of the second period.
Q: What is the temperature inside the arena?
A: The Ice Box can be chilly during hockey games. We recommend dressing in layers so you can stay comfortable throughout the game.
Q: Is accessible seating available?
A: Yes. Accessible seating and companion seating are available in limited quantities. Please call the box office at (402) 474-7827 for availability and assistance.
ENTRY & RE-ENTRY
Q: Can I leave the arena and come back inside?
A: No. The Ice Box has a no re-entry policy. Once a guest leaves the arena, they will not be permitted to return using the same ticket.
Q: Is smoking permitted?
A: Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the Ice Box. A designated smoking area is available through the doors on the West Concourse. Guests must use this designated area and follow all posted instructions.
BAGS, FOOD & BEVERAGES
Q: Does the Ice Box have a clear-bag policy?
A: The Ice Box does not currently require guests to use clear bags. All bags and personal belongings may be subject to inspection upon entry.
Q: Can I bring outside food or beverages into the arena?
A: No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the Ice Box.
WATCHING & LISTENING
Q: How can I watch or listen if I cannot attend the game?
A: Lincoln Stars games can be watched live on FloHockey and heard through the Lincoln Stars Mixlr broadcast.
CAMERA POLICY
Professional cameras and photography equipment are not permitted without an approved media credential. Individuals seeking media access may complete this application to inquire about getting one.
