STEELE NAMED TO NHL CENTRAL SCOUTING PRELIMINARY WATCH-LIST

STARS DEFENSEMEN LISTED ON NHLCS

LINCOLN, Neb. — Stars defenseman Henry Steele was named as a "W" skater on the NHL Central Scouting Preliminary watch-list. A "W" rating means that Steele could be on track as a sixth or seventh round draft choice in the NHL draft.

Steele is in his first season with the Stars and has quickly found a home in Lincoln. The Hudson, Wisconsin native has spent time on the Stars' power-play and penalty-kill units in his first USHL season. Steele has three points (1+2) this season for the Stars in eight games.

Stars affiliate Max Aronson was also named to the list as a "W" skater.

Lincoln returns to action on Friday night against their rival Omaha Lancers. Tickets are available at lincolnstars.com.
